过去没管控，现在不让跑，应该折价回收。 规范管理支持，收老百姓的车就不对。商城那就有好几家卖小四轮的，去年还在卖，今年就全部禁止（不能上牌的），己购买的怎么办，政府买单还是百姓买单？ 我也一直想买一辆电动三轮或四轮接送孙子上下学，在路上想怎么走就怎么走，现在听说五小车不让上路了，看来还是只能骑二轮电动了。
