我也觉得这构成抢劫了。 输不起就别玩 都是些混账人，输不起就别玩。再说，一般在一起打牌的都是好友，居然出现这等人。交友不慎。{:223:} 应该罚款判刑嚣张啊 这完全应该认定为抢劫，以暴力威胁手段侵占他人财物的属抢劫。 抢劫罪：以暴力和协迫等手段侵占公私财物的属抢劫罪，量刑标准，只要定性为抢劫罪最低3一6年，希望大家今后凡事不要冲动，多一些理智。 111111
