物业公司与业主签了合同吧,矛盾的起因是业主认为物业没有履行约定,违约在先。追究业主不缴纳物业费是对的。但是物业是否违约,谁来评判,不先搞清这个问题,就追究业主的责任,不晓得有没有道理?真搞不懂,双方明明是合同关系,我觉得你的服务不好,居然还不能解约,就像电话号码不让移转一样。
