border-color: rgb(250, 235, 204); color: rgb(138, 109, 59); border-radius: 4px; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.75em; padding: 1em 0.8em; margin: 10px auto; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 仙桃健鼎公司年初正式投产了二期工厂。这个被玻璃隔开的特殊车间，无尘检测、专人专座、编码生产。就是按照下游光谷显示屏客户的要求专门设计的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 健鼎（湖北）电子有限公司财务处长吴杰颖：“光屏项目里面，我们也是直接给光谷做配套，现在在新厂房，至少50%的产品，都是做武汉城市圈的配套，订单份额是稳定增长。”</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 去年开始，仙桃锚定武汉“光芯屏端网”产业配套，重点做大做强印制电路板产业，一年时间滚动推进100个亿元以上技改项目，设立10亿元专项基金，支持生产换线。健鼎就顺利拿到了600万元技改支持，原本定在今年下半年建设的二期项目，提前一年开建投用。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 厂房、技改，可以看作是“硬投入”，而吸引企业扩大投资，还离不开一些“软服务”。健鼎二期项目要新招2000位员工，这么多人住在哪里？市政府牵头，和街道一起给企业协调了几栋集中宿舍楼，为方便员工上下班，两天之内就为企业开通了一条定制公交专线。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 健鼎（湖北）电子有限公司财务处长吴杰颖：“方案在我们还没想到的时候，就是政府和街道办都已经帮我们设想好了，都能够帮助企业做到一季度的开门红。第一季度10个亿，我们在2月份就已经完成接近10个亿。在21年的产值是做到39.1个亿，希望22年能够做到50个亿。”</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 看中仙桃“软服务”从而继续扩大产线的，还有旺旺公司，他们新上的QQ糖产线正加紧调试，加上另外13条新产线，扩产总投资达到1.5亿元，成为近年来旺旺在国内最大的扩规。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 旺旺集团湖北总厂厂长罗月林：“得益于仙桃是良好的营商环境，特殊时期重点扶持，对我们确实是非常感动。去年夏天的时候，闪停的状况非常多，园区的一些领导包括市里面领导，礼拜六礼拜天休息的时候，都帮我们进行全程的电力的恢复调配，电在两天之内能够快速进行恢复，政府真正做到了有呼必应的庄重承诺。”</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 除了健鼎和旺旺，四次扩产的富士和今年也再投1亿多元，新上了第五期项目；还有恒天嘉华、誉诚等非织造布企业，亲亲、顾大嫂等食品企业也纷纷扩规。今年一季度，仙桃规上工业总产值达到188.29亿元，增速17.4%，新增“四上”企业152家，增量居全省县域第一。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 仙桃市经信局局长刘军：“打响擦亮‘仙办好’服务品牌，实施重点项目攻坚年行动，重点做好培优壮强这篇大文章，全力实现全年新签约亿元以上项目100个以上，新开工亿元以上项目100个以上。”</span></p></section></section><section style="outline: 0px;
