text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">1、拥护中华人民共和国宪法，遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的道德情操和心理素质、纪律观念较强，能够保守工作秘密。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">2、自愿从事灭火救援工作，具有忠诚、奉献、吃苦耐劳的精神，服从组织分配。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">3、高中或同等以上学历，有消防部队服役经历者优先。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">4、身体健康，无精神疾病史，无遗传、慢性或传染性疾病，符合体检标准。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">二、招聘岗位及具体要求</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">执勤战斗员（10名）、执勤消防车驾驶员（3名，含B2驾驶证或B2以上），接警员（1名）男性，年龄18-35周岁（消防部队退役人员年龄适当放宽）。主要从事火灾扑救与应急救援工作。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000"><br></font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">三、工作地点和时间</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">每月轮休8天，工作时执行24小时驻勤制。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000"><br></font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">四、薪酬待選</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">1、新入职人员入职后评定为相应等级，对应梯次エ资档次，逐级增长。新入职执勤战斗员月薪资3200元﹣5600元（含个人应缴“五险一金”)</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">2、录用方式</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">结合岗位招聘计划，执勤战斗员选取2倍比例人员参加第考试，根据考试综合排名和岗位数等比确定人员参加体检、政审，如有本人自动放弃体检、政审或不合格的，不予录用，按综合成绩依次等额递补（会计及火场文书不参加体能考核）。</font></p><p style="line-height: 30px;
