max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0.5px; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>↓↓↓</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'><strong>一、入境人员</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>对入境人员采取<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>“7天集中隔离医学观察+3天居家健康监测”</strong></span>管理措施，在集中隔离医学观察的第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测，在居家健康监测的第3天开展一次核酸检测。居家健康监测期间不外出，如就医等特殊情况必需外出时做好个人防护，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>在我省入境、目的地是我省的人员，<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>集中隔离医学观察7天后，由目的地疫情防控指挥部闭环转运至目的地实施居家健康监测3天。</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>在我省入境、目的地是外省的人员，<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>集中隔离医学观察7天后，由入境地疫情防控指挥部闭环转运至离鄂专用通道。</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>在外省入境、目的地是我省的人员，由目的地疫情防控指挥部在第一入鄂关口闭环转运至目的地，<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>已集中隔离医学观察7天的，来（返）鄂后实施3天居家健康监测；</strong></span>集中隔离医学观察未满7天的，来（返）鄂后补足集中隔离医学观察时间后实施3天居家健康监测。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'><strong>二、外省来（返）鄂人员</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>（一）主动健康申报</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>提前通过以下任一种方式进行健康申报，并如实填报个人信息：</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>1、登录“鄂汇办”APP——健康码—自主申报进行报备；</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>2、登录“支付宝”APP——湖北健康码——自主申报进行报备；</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>3、登录“微信”APP——武汉战疫——健康码——来（返）汉报备系统进行报备(仅限目的地为武汉市者)；</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>4、登录自主申报网址进行报备：</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>http://wjwsqpczdsb.chutianyun.gov.cn:16096/communityz/</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>5、其他官方认定的自主报备途径进行报备，由各地官方负责最终解释。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>所有外省来（返）鄂人员入鄂后凭湖北健康码绿码通行，国内风险地区来返鄂人员需向居住地所属社区（村）、工作单位或居住宾馆(酒店)主动报备，并落实戴口罩、健康码扫码、查验行程码、核酸检测、健康管理等疫情防控措施。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>（二）风险地区来（返）鄂人员管理</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>1、<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>近7天内有高风险区旅居史的来（返）鄂人员，实施7天集中隔离医学观察，在集中隔离医学观察第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测。管理期限自离开风险区域算起。</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>2、<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>近7天内有中风险区旅居史的来（返）鄂人员，实施7天居家隔离医学观察，在居家隔离医学观察第1、4、7天各开展一次核酸检测；</strong></span>如不具备居家隔离医学观察条件，实施集中隔离医学观察。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>3、近7天内有低风险区（中高风险区所在县（市、区、旗）的其他地区）旅居史的来（返）鄂人员，<span style='color: rgb(61, 170, 214);'><strong>抵鄂后3天内应完成两次核酸检测，并做好健康监测。</strong></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 16px;line-height: 1.6em;'>4、近7天内有疫情地区旅居史人员。经评估，疫情发生地出现疫情规模较大、存在广泛社区传播、外溢风险较高的情形时，采取居家健康监测、社区健康监测及与高、中风险区相应的健康管理措施。</p><section style='outline: 0px;
