关于5起澄清正名和诬告陷害典型案例的通报

box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><section style="text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 8px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;">2021年2月，陈场镇陈场村村民陈某实名举报该村党支部书记谢某某吃拿卡要、工作作风粗暴等问题。陈场镇纪委对陈某反映的问题进行全面调查，均不属实，并分别于2021年、2022年多次向陈某某电话、见面反馈，但其仍不满意。后经核查组深入了解其举报动机，证实系陈某家中非法经营的吊锯厂被关停拆除，对谢某某心怀不满，故意捏造、歪曲事实进行举报。2022年6月29日，陈场镇派出所对陈某进行了批评教育。</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;
