2024年2月仙桃市房地产市场运行情况

仙桃率先完成城镇化，需求减少很正常，武汉房需都下滑一日千里，反而是有些地方城镇化低，为了提高城镇化，学仙桃把乡镇学校搬到城区，逼迫乡镇老百姓进城买房，即便这样非常规增长，但对比18-19年同期也是大幅减少，仙桃目前没什么预售楼盘，很正常。
