16px;'>今年年初，有“益心为公”志愿者向市检察院公益诉讼部门反映，称我市部分渡口未设置防护栏、减速带等安全防护设施，且存在渡船老旧，救生设备配备不全等问题，市检察院公益诉讼办案团队立即对线索展开调查，经调查核实发现部分经政府批复拆除的渡口未及时拆除，部分渡船未按规定配置救生设备，未悬挂识别标志以及旅客乘船安全须知等有关安全注意事项等问题，存在渡运安全隐患。</span></p><p 16px;'>随后，市检察院依法向负有监管职责的行政单位制发了诉前检察建议，督促其限期整改渡口安全隐患问题。相关行政单位收到检察建议书后高度重视，立即组织执法人员对尚未完全拆除的渡口进行了彻底拆除，同时以检察建议为契机，积极向上争取渡口改造专项资金302万，对汉江、东荆河沿线的4处渡口进行场地改造，共硬化上下船通道3处，维修老旧船只5艘，增添监控装置3处，对渡工开展安全培训10余次，并为每艘渡船配齐配全安全救助设施。目前，冯家口、黄家场等渡口经过整改，已是旧貌换新颜，崭新的候船亭、渡口标志牌以及绿化场地已成为美丽乡村建设的一道靓丽风景线。</span></p><section
