青鱼湖那偏远，肯定当不知道啦。我们楼紧邻龙华山小学，免强也算前城中心圈吧，还碰到龙小扩张，为了校园安全和管理规范，都以为会拆，最后还不是没动。
最可恶的，这段日子和龙小因噪音扯皮，找到龙华山街道办事处，昨天才知道当时有过所谓的方案，锅居然在我们楼的居民太贪身上了。
街道办的版本，问多少钱可以，有居民说十多万就可，学校大笔一挥20万，后居民说25万，所以没谈成。
我爸的版本，问的一户多少钱买的（这户是前几年搬进，这栋楼的最近交易），18万。学校说20万。我们不答应，本以为还会谈的，但就没然后了
我们楼大概60多平，无公摊，也只10户，在房价巅峰的2021年，不说有几户就这套老房子的不会答应，就是有其它房屋的也不会答应。
