text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">“群众利益无小事，每个来访来电都是群众出于对纪检监察机关的信任。要切实将群众的诉求解决好，让群众满意、让人心温暖。”市纪委监委信访室主任肖云荷说。</p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">经工作人员耐心询问后得知：临近年关，在仙桃打工的杨帆因其工资未结清，两次向市劳动保障监察局一楼大厅窗口反映均未得到满意答复，希望市纪委监委能督促处理。</p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">市纪委监委信访室第一时间将有关情况向上级汇报，经批准后，于当天下午将杨帆的讨薪诉求转到市人社局监察室。“年关将至，你们一定要认真调查核实相关情况，妥善处理举报人正当诉求。”接到市纪委监委电话后，市人社局立刻与杨帆取得联系，在充分了解情况后向局相关负责人进行了汇报。</p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><font color="#000000">“12388信访热线的设立，在增加市民信访举报途径的同时，也拓宽了案件线索搜集渠道。”肖云荷介绍，</font><font color="#8b0000"><b>市纪委监委24小时开通12388举报电话，安排专人接听群众来电</b></font><font color="#000000">，对有用的线索问题及时研判、转送、督办；对部分业务范围之外的问题，只要涉及群众利益，一律督促相关部门依法依规处理，做到不缺位、不越位、不错位。</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); 老百姓买房难道先知先觉，知道哪个房不能买，房地产不规范才是主要的，造成房地产不规范的主要原因是行政不作为，房子不是一天就能盖好的，监管部门干什么去了
